Self-checking functions Short cut of the button: E0(indicating short cut when power on) It stops itself without shut off when E5, E6 alarm appears; it will shut off and stop heating when other alarm appears, and then shows the trouble code. You should reset power on to remove trouble indication when E0 alarm comes up; others can clear up by switch “on/off” button when other alarms appear and shut off. While E5 (E6) alarm appears, it will shut off automatically if the voltage does not return to admissible range within four minutes, otherwise it will start heat again.
Open circuit of major sensor:E1
Short cut of major sensor: E2
Open circuit of cooling fin sensor: E3
Short cut of cooling fin sensor: E4
Low voltage protection: E5
High voltage protection: E6

Problems and solutions for Rice Cooker
Problems Cause Solutions
The rice boils unevenly hard or the time is too long The rice cooks over a slow fire without enough time. Cook rice as the requirements of instruction manual, eat after cooking over a slow fire for 10minutes when boiled hard.
There is foreign body between inner pot bottom and heating panel. Clear up it with abrasive paper or alcohol
The inner pot bottom distorts, and poor contact with heating panel, which makes inefficiency heat transfer.
 Replace inner pot.
Inner pot placed unsteadily with inclined and hang-up appearance. Move the inner pot lightly, make it contact well with heating panel.
The cooked rice becomes sallow, alnico lever can't drop down and reset itself. Alnico temperature limiter press spring tightly, it lacks of springiness or loose springiness.
 Check the features of spring, and replace the alnico temperature limiter.
The spring jammed by foreign body. Clear up foreign body or replace the temperature limiter.
Alnico lever is inflexible, appeared inclined and hitched. Check the fixing of alnico temperature limiter and lever support, adjust or replace alnico lever module.
The indicator is up, but the heating panel does not heat. The wiring inside gets loose or the heating plate damaged. Re-welding the lead or replace heating panel.
The heating panel burned. Replace heating panel.
The indicator isn’t up, but the heating panel heats. Quenching resistor burns down or poor contact. Maintain it in the local after-sale center.
The indicator burns down or poor contact.
The wiring of indicator board contacts poorly.
Invalid button. Alnico lever hitches the alnico or other interference.
The inner pot is not placed steadily. Move the inner pot around, make it steady and full contact with heating panel.
Problems and solutions for Humidifier

It gets wind but no vapour. Regulating switch of atomization breaks down. Replace regulating switch of atomization.
Dirty appearance of transducer. Drip 1~3 drops cleanser on it for about one-half hour, then clean it with clear water.
Power indicator is up, but the transducer doesn’t work. The unfloated magnetic and foam module cause the lack of water protection Replace magnetic and foam module.
Transformer breaks down. Replace transformer.
The magnetic button breaks down. Replace the magnetic button.
Oxygen bar (generator) switch doesn’t work. The power indicator isn’t up. Check the power.
Regulating switch of oxygen bar breaks down. Replace regulating switch of oxygen bar.
Ultra-sonic control panel breaks down. Replace ultra-sonic control panel.
Problems and solutions for Soybean Milk Maker
Problems Cause Solutions
The beans uncrushed The mesh of side bodynet or bottom of net-cover gets dry and jammed. Put the net-cover into boiling water with cleanser for about 15 minutes, then clean it with brusher.
Low voltage. Using home regulator.
Too much or less beans. Add beans as required.
The beans burned Uncleanness of the heating tube. Clean the heating tube.
Make soybean milk use only green gram (or small red bean) Reduce green gram (or small red bean), add soybean or pignut as required.
Overflowed Mesh of net-cover jammed . Clean the mesh.
Overflow-proof electrode is not clean . Clean the overflow-proof electrode.
Too much water.
 Add water between upper and lower of water line.
The head eat water Lead hole of indicator unsealed Seal the lead hole by thermosol
The binding screws of motor pressure plate get loose. Tighten down the binding screws of motor pressure plate.
The seal ring of charging door damaged. Replace the seal ring of charging door.
Alarming ahead when didn’t boil fully. Does not scrub cleanly when wash beans. Scrub the bean cleanly.
The beans go bad after long time dipped. Dip the beans into water as required.
Too much water. Add water between upper and lower of water line.

Q: Why can’t control the firepower when choose functions as steaming and soup making?
A: Because these two functions are automatic, the firepower is adjustable before acquiescing the fifth level, it will forbid adjusting if the firepower reaches sixth level, then it will step down to the first level itself, at then the highest firepower level is the third.

Q: Why the milk warming function cannot regulate the temperature and time?
A: Heat milk with the first level to make the temperature reach to 70~80℃, then go to heat-preservation stage, it stops automatically 15 minutes later, this function is fully automatic.

Q: Why does it stop heating automatically when choose fry and deep-fry functions?
A: If beyond high temperature protection point (300±15℃), it will stop heating, then heat again after the temperature return to 210±15℃.
